I think it's said that way here because burgle sounds like washing one's mouth out with a soapy rinse.

I don't like bathroom. Most bathrooms I see don't have the bath option and it makes no sense. Neither do I care for its sibling restroom. I don't want to rest in a restroom. There is no sofa, there is no bed, and if there was one there I'd not want to rest on it!!
