True, it's no big deal if it's just one post, but if everybody would start to cross-post, we could just as well close the Sports forum again.
Since it is SO important to you, I'll tell you about it. I didn't make the same post in the Sports forum, Bubbles, I made the mention in someone else's thread. I put it here because this forum seems to get the most traffic.

And you couldn't possibly be any more wrong about your thread vs forum argument. You're just wrong and being stubborn. 😛

This isn't about a team. Or even just one individual. It's about industries that hire and promote common criminals to exhibit their products. It's about voting with your dollar. Demanding a better product than that being produced. Sure, there are plenty of fine young men representing the sport they make a living in. But a few bad apples do spoil the barrel. And it seems especially prevalent in the NBA and NFL. That's my opinion.

And no matter what industry there is out there, if they don't put out a good product, the public damn sure votes with its dollars.

It's a valid opinion. And Vince Lombardi would be proud of you, that's for sure. I think Vick should be suspended too, but I won't go so far as to label him a criminal yet. A bad apple? Yes. Criminal? Not yet.

You're like a record with a scratch in it. Playing that same tired line over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over over and over and over and over...

Get my point?

A little birdy just whispered something to me:

"In 1963 star Packer halfback Paul Hornung was suspended indefinitely for betting on games and hanging out with organized crime figures. The NFL reinstated him the following year and he played and started for three more years under Lombardi."

I guess Lombardi would be more proud of Phlabby here than you, Franky.

Is there a reason you won't answer?

What are you so ashamed of?

I'm off the NFL list. No team, no town, no state. I had a team but like you, they're dead to me.

They are talking on the radio, the guy who owns the Falcons also owns a lot of Home Depots.

You going to boycott that also?

Home Depot puts out reliable products that I like to use. The Falcons do not. You're flailing P. Flailing miserably.

Flailing? How so? This guy plays for the Falcons. If the owner doesn't do something, by your logic you should also be boycotting his company.

If you decide you like the product too much, you are a hypocrite.
