Cheese maybe more nutritionally varied and is nice with Marmite on toast. But chocolate gives a great sense of satisfaction, sometimes when you need it..

so I would say chocolate..

A few months ago I had some white Stilton with chocolate chips and tiny bits of candied orange peel in it. So you can have both together and it was delicious 🙄

I have heard this sort of thing before. How n Earth is it possible t demonstrate that cheese / chocolate increases HUMAN brain 5-HT levels? Brain slices in-vitro?

Good point if it is true. But chocolate has more sugar in it. The brain needs glucose as an energy source.

Oh I love chololate.. A good piece of chocolate fudge cake is better than cheese on toast sometimes.
