He had a licence - the guns were all purchased legally.

The PM has said the Law will change.

Since NZ's government is so much more efficient and purposeful than most of the first world, they'll do the right things to deal with potential threats.

I was reading that there is upwards of 250,000 licensed weapons in NZ.

If I understand correctly it wouldn't have mattered if the police had been close by as they don't carry guns. Maybe time they started carrying them?
