Rub it in .... nerds....

I enjoy frequent hard resets... it makes me feel like a man.

Joking aside, linux isn't too bad, I have a gui for it that is passable, I'm only now learning how to set it up though. It's not overly difficult, just requires the same amount of patience (or less) than dealing with m$ issues.

Hey, I'm running netware on my laptop. My productivity has plummeted but myself esteem has rocketed.

Old distribution... Redhat release, I have to look and see just how old it is, right now I'm on an xp laptop for the moment.

I just got the other machine from an old freind, linux too complicated for an 83 year old in his opinion, he just doesn't want to fuss with it. I wanted to try out linux anyway. It is going to be my designated RHP machine!!! Once I configure an lcd monitor for it that is.

download opensuse....10.2

great hardware support and some great desktop effects. Open source project called "Beryl" makes the desktop stuff look great.

www.opensuse.org

honestly it rocks.

Wow, almost 25000 clans already? Mine is 329. The population of clans grew even faster in the last two years than men rapidly boomed since 1850...
