i dont know why people dont believe on facts......... And fact is this that this time Australia is the # 1 team of the world. & they are the most favourite for the tournament. What ever world cup or champ trophy, They lost only some games within 3 years, They are best and well on peak. They are Best side in the world.

England cant get through, They have not any match winner player except Kevin Petersen, Flintoff is Good but not that much as much he is popular in media . England will at last position. Because all others are better than England .
England are a great fielding team. Batting we alwas need to rely on someone, and Bowling we've been inconsistent of late. I don't think we'll be last though. Flintoff's back and is a great bowler, which we've missed.

oh yes , since Walsh & Ambrose left them, they did not get any match winner bowler, But in these days some of them perfoming really well. Well at last, windies, India & Pakistan they are the teams when they strat to win they win a lot, when they lose they lose a lot, They have no stablity in thier performance, but they can win any match against any team.

Yeah, if either Freddie or (that traitorous scum) Pietersen performs - you'll have a chance against any team.
Is Hoggard still playing? If he swings the ball like he can, he could be a game breaker too...

Flintoff's playing as a batsman - he's not back to full fitness yet, and so probably won't be bowling.

And strangely enough, Hoggard doesn't get picked for the one day team. Nor does Panesar. Two of our first choice test bowlers don't even make the squad.

Has England introduced that silly policy of two teams, one for tests, one for ODI's? I am not a fan of it. Spoiling Australian cricket it is.
Twenty Twenty cricket is a stain on the game and should be wiped.

I'd say Australia will win. If our batsmen fire then we can destroy anyone. And Hussey is on fire at the moment. We have a huge wealth of talent as far as batting goes. The one thing that worries me is the bowling though.

Our new pace bowlers are'nt much at the moment. It is a worry.

Yeah, and we have no more decent spinners in ODI’s.

But when Hussey is averaging 81 in ODI's hopefully we won’t have to rely on our bowlers.

I wouldn't put my money on England as they are not a great team and have had a bad run recently.
But 2 years ago they were a worse team and made the final!
To dismiss them as coming in last place is absurd.

OD cricket is unpredictable - even Bangladesh can beat Australia!

Windies are not a good team - they have a few great batsmen but nothing in the bowling.

Aus have to be favourites but I would say SA, Pakistan or even New Zealand stand a great chance.

By the way, great to see McGrath playing. I think he is almost past it - he will put in the odd great performance but I think he's on the wane.
