The point is god an actual god cannot exist and not exist at the same time, not the same god.
Either the god believers are correct or the non-god believers are correct...they both believe what they believe but only one side is true.
Shades of perception and perspective yes but there is only one truth, which hopefully we are all looking for.

No I'm not guilty! It's way more outragous than porn. I am in utter shock right now after reading a sworn statement by my ex that I tried selling our daughter over the internet! That I searched to see what kind of price I could get for her. I hope they will take my computer as evidence! This goes beyond lying. I believe this crosses over several custody batt ...[text shortened]... w what to think of such an outlandish tactic. I'm thinking mainly desperation or pure insanity.
I know you are serious about this , and do not think your daughter's life is a game . But unfortunately it's been turned into one . So you must now play . The sooner you recognize this , the better . Think of it as chess ; as upsetting and wrong as this may be . The courts and your ex think of it , and are already playing . If you don't play , you forfeit . So , think of it like chess . If your piece is pinned , getting upset and loosing your composure is the last thing you need to do .
Have you thought of calmly saying , "This is a ridiculous outlandish lie . There is no proof of this . There is no evidence to support this . He's using this as a ruse to look at my computer ." And as said earlier , your lawyer should know what to do from there . If he subpoenas something , counter subpoena something equally sensitive of his . I'm not saying you should sit and take it - you need to effectively counter punch . But don't get rattled and hyterical or your chances of winning are hampered .
But some of the previous posters are right , these lies cannot sustain themselves . After the court sees a couple of these , they begin to not like it at all , and there will be a pretty bad backlash for him from lieing to the court . Remember , they've seen just about everything , including crap this guy hasn't concieved of . They might seem dumb , but they have to maintain a demeanor of impartiality . I guaranty behind closed doors the judge is saying "who does this jackass think he's fooling ? I'm going to kill this sob at the judgement for wasting my time with this crap !"
Hang in there . Things may get a little worse on the surface before they get better , but life will get better .
