It's not a matter of knowing god (define god blah blah other message board), what we've established is that one or the other of the statements is true:
There is a god.
There is no god.
They can't both be true.
(we're using the existence of god only as an example not trying to prove or dis-prove his existence)
Im saying there is no truth if there is no way to determine it.

The first thing you need to do is to calm down . It sounds like this guy knows how to push your buttons . He may not expect to get anywhere with this in regards to proving this allegation . He may be doing it for some other reason , like just to get you rattled so you look irrational and a basket case . Or they may be doing it for a completely different r ...[text shortened]... Things may get a little worse on the surface before they get better , but life will get better .
Thanks guys. I am trying to remain very calm throughout this situation and I do hope he eventually hangs himself with his lies. I'm far from perfect but I'm honest. What really drives me wild is how I have been the only one who has wanted this child. I spent 9 months of my pregnancy in tears as I listened to him say he hopes I lose the baby and that it's not even his ect, ect.
I believe strongly in a fathers role in their childrens lives. I have took abuse and fought to have him be apart of her life. The lies are beyond hurtfull. I gave this man all of myself for the past 2 years and have been sitting at home for the past year, forfieting my life in order to care for our daughter. While all the time he enjoyed every freedom.
My children are my life, my reason for living. And I guess somewhere deep inside of me I thought that the love we once shared had meant something. It hurts this man could say the cruel and hurtfull things he is saying knowing full well all I have done for him. To be of such a mental state to turn something so seemingly simple into something so wretched. I have not attacked him or accused him of outragous things in order to gain some sort of leverage.
I was not prepared for this extent of fabrications. I feel it's a personal attack on everything I value and hold dear. I do have documentation coming out my ying yang, and he has made several critical errors in his statement wich are easily proved false. But I guess I view it as being with this person, sharing my life and heart with this person, to be repayed with attacks and lies has got to be the lowest way a person can gain leverage.
It sure makes it difficult for me at the end of the day to cuddle and hold our daughter and reassure her that her daddy loves her and will see her soon. Thank God she is too young to comprehend any of this. I now worry if he is capable of lying like this in a court of law what will be said to her as she gets older?
Truth may be subjective but facts outwiegh subjectivity. Looks like there's nothing to be done but be hurt even further and become even stronger. But I still think liars suck. Lies can destroy more so than any weapon made by man.

How the heck does anyone function in this world when dealing with chronic liars. Not only chronic liars in the harmless sort of white lie type either. I mean viscous, life altering absolutely outragous lies! I'm at my wits end in dealing with someone elses out right lies. The worst part is I have no choice but to listen to these evil words of twisted dementia ...[text shortened]... prevail or do liars actually get anywhere in life with their complete and total BS all the time?
Ok, so it also happened to the guys who were being used by wild girls... 😞
Here's how you deal with this whether you are male or female:
Don't believe everything people tell you. There's an old saying, "Actions speak louder than words." And there's a reason for this saying. It actually works. WATCH the person's ACTIONS! See what he/she does. Make all your judgments based on relative evidence of the person's actions - not on what they may say to you.

1. fantasy's (like a child's view on the world)
2. White lies (told to prevent hurting someone else)
3. Egotistical lies (told to better one's own position)
4. vicious lies (told to actually damage someone else)
The catagory you're referring to is definately a number 4.
Some of these sorts of lies (like libel or slander) are criminal, as in they are deemed: "defamation of character".
Now, in Britain, unless you're a muslim or a Brazilian you are innocent until proven guilty.
This Fcuker can't prove you tried to sell your kid (showing the computer as evidence is probably pointless, because it could have been wiped), so your lawyer should accuse him of defamation of character and get you a nice little compensation.
EDIT:
There's are??? Deary me....Bowmann will have a field day with that one...

Im saying there is no truth if there is no way to determine it.
If you visit the Spirituality board you will find a whole bunch of people on either side of the argument that say they can determine there is/isn't a god. Does this mean that if something can be disputed (you can find an organisation that will dispute that the world is not round but flat) then the world can niether be round nor flat?

That may be grey, but what is not grey is that god can exist and be non-existent at the same time, that is black and white.

Say I'm colour blind and you aren't.
When you look at one of those numbered cards with all the horrible little dots, then you'll see the number 8. You say: "I see number 8."
I, in this example, would not see the number 8. I say: "I don't see anything."
Both are truths.

Both are truths....not the same but contradictory truth.

You do see however how you do seem to be claiming that truth is exactly the same as an objective reality and that I have just pointed out that it's not?
One sees the number and one doesn't. Yet both are truths. This makes 'truth' no longer a black and white situation, but a just another shade of grey...

Yes.
