Lamb is definitely the classy option. Spagetti is safe though.

Nice idea to hedge your bets and cook both. What if they both turn out great? Spagetti entree and lamb main! lol.

Potatoes are far from dull! I just absolutely hate cooking them in any way that involves peeling them. It's like some form of corpral punishment. 🙁

they're not hard to make, its just that if i was that guy and was given lamb and backed potatoes i'd be thinking the dessert better to a f'in masterpiece. although i don't eat lamb, maybe i shouldn't be in this thread. 😛

I'm sure dessert will be special. Actually, what is for dessert? I'd do a nice chocolate mousse with french vanilla ice cream and pepermint flakes on top.

That's it....i'm making spaghetti. Too much pressure otherwise. I did mention that I haven't cooked a big meal in awhile right....I may be out of practice a bit. And I don't want to spend the day stressing out over the meal when I have much greater things to worry about....like what I'm giong to wear and what I'm going to do with my hair!

BUT....spaghetti tends to be messy and will most likely leave a stain on something somewhere. So that eliminates wearing anything white. Forgot how much work went into this whole dating thing. 🙁
