I was just about to suggest angel food cake with a lemon glaze for dessert, but it sounds like you can't handle any more greatness to this meal.

Note: never use angel food cake from a box, from scratch is the only way to go. Also, something I learned the hard way, it takes literally about an hour of beating with a spoon to do an angel food cake without an electric mixer, if you ever find yourself in that situation, it is completely worth it to buy a new mixer that day

lol. Sorry. Yes, it probably would be more than enough.

I'm sure that the lively and interesting conversation will be the focal point of the dinner.

MIX?! All baking should be done without the aid of mixes, ugh.

I almost put the exclamation first and then realized this is a chess site.

Fresh garlic--crushed and mixed into the butter. That powdered crap isn't fit to eat. On the other hand, are you really sure garlic is such a good idea?

Don't let us freak you out into cancelling. I guess just be careful if you ever cook for the RHP crowd, we'll expect a fish course .๐Ÿ˜‰

Bake from scratch ๐Ÿ˜• If it wasn't for easy mixes I'd never have a sweet treat in the house ever! Even the mixes are a down right pain to make at times.

I don't like baking!
