I wrote up a Noob's Guide to Medieval Diplomacy II and posted it on their Yahoo! Group. MD2 is a game played by almost indentical rules on a different map with a different setting. If you'd like to see it:

The biggest difference is that Dragonlords has some additional features including Fog of War, a feudal system of alliances, stealth etc.
