You beginner for sure. Better to bite, or gouge, or hack, than kick. And aim for head or body, not tail. Then eat.

You make friends first to bring to party, yes? Then kill! And eat.

Kingdom like barbecue, more big, more fun, more meat for you and friends. To eat. Must make friends or barbecue on your own. Eat self? Not good.

One of his realms is recruiting henchmen for the other realm. It seems an obvious cheat to me. Did someone report "them" to the GM yet?
