I don't know what other map you are talking about, but Starrman's map is correct (or at least the locations of Anorien and Elandar are). Since he's Anorien, he should know.

Yes, Noodles is right, the map on the Dragonlords site had them the wrong way round, I did a quick edit.

Givemedrow-Yum is the wrong name for #12. It should be called Norgar Vaathad. Looks like someone screwed around with the map before submitting it. Look for other errors as well, everyone.

"Gnome City" left of the Night Goblin's capital should be "Underhaven".
"Sands of Ettins" along the north-eastern coast should be "Sands of No Return". And "Troll caves", just right there as well, is actually named "Caves of Nogoth".
"Valley of Gnomes" near Valdemar is "Arbenwen Valley", and Swamp of the trolls, right next to it, should be Great Crane Swamp.

I bet there are quite some more.

Aww cr@p. Well, phcuk it, at least you can see where people start from and the shapes of the provinces. I presume everyone is in the right starting position?

Do we know which players are playing as royals?

The ones on the map which have a gold line by their flag are royal, those with cyan are common..

How did you figure that out? I thought that was impossible to see.

He only placed us in our capital cities. I imagine he assumed the closest large city (big black circle) to the name of the realm was that realm's capital. He didn't get all of our provinces; I have 3 at start for example.

Yes exactly, I looked at the list of capital cities for each realm and marked them in. Each of you will have 2 other provinces in the adjoining lands. I am of course presuming that I got all of these right, anyone disagree?

How did you find out who is Royal and who isn't? Simple diplomacy or was there more to it?

'Tis I Lord Thugrim Koth of The Blighted Ones, I would like to break the stereotypes linked to the undead. Right now my vampiric knights are engaged in a game of polo against my wraith riders. My skeletal swordsmen have taken up knitting, would anybody like a scarf?

Big bony hugs to all of you out there.
Lord Thugrim Koth.

I know that your Knights play polo with a severed human head for a ball, magically kept alive and conscious, and that your skeletons knit with human sinew! Don't play all innocent with me! King Forkbeard cannot be fooled by your pathetic attempts at guile.
