This turn, both mine and his troops are in the province, but it is mine, and i have been given the option to annex.
What happens to his troops? He doesn't have permision to be in my province.

It may be his penchant for lady ogres got the better of him and he is lying bedraggled at the bottom of a pit right now but I will wait for conformation.
