Instead of asking a bunch of random idiots living 5000 miles away from you about the laws in the town you live, you could try talking to a lawyer or using google.

It's true. I have a lot of friends in politics, but they wouldn't be friendly very long if they knew my business was drugs instead of gambling, which they rule as a - a harmless vice. But drugs is a dirty business...It doesn't make any difference to me what a man does for a living, understand. But your business, is uh, a little dangerous.

Ya, just ask the first criminal lawyer you stumble upon in the yellow pages. Or better yet, ask a bobby while he's on his tea break! Even better still, go to your local prison and find someone who's doing eight to ten on felony drug charges and see what their opinion is.

I know you are being sarcastic, but all of these would actually be better ideas than asking me.

I believe that anything under a quarter (2 8ths) can be put down to personal use if they're not wrapped/cut seperately.

Anything over a quarter is liable to get your mate a caution if it's not too excessive.

If he has say.....A ounze and it's cut up, then the CPS wll try the dealing charge on him...

This will likely get him a small fine and a few hours community service...

It's no biggy these days in the U.K. The police are concerned more about unruly children and motorist.......
