1. I have never slappedc a woman in my life... too hard... exception made of the buttocks. 😛
2. I have never engaged in a bar brawl... if places who serve snacks besides beer and spirits don't qualify as bars but restaurants 😛
3. I have never mistreated my ex-girlfriends in any way... exception made of the one I told I was going to Germany as an au pair so we had to break up... and then she saw me next month with her best friend. 😵

Go back and tell the owner; and unless he's a total ass, he'll back his employees (not merely because they're his employees, but because they were right). Then apologize and maybe he'll let you back in. Or find someplace else to be a jerk at, but if you act in a similar manner, you'll get tossed again.
And most people wait until they're drunk to act like a jerk; what was your hurry?

Well, you had to make the comment about her probably spitting in your food. This is not a comment you can make in a place that serves food without what? Yes, repercussions.
You did start it with your comment that you weren't really talking to her (even though you were). This sets up the hostile environment. Then you proceeded to the verbal attack with the "she is probably going to spit in my food" comment. Also she did have every right to tell the other girl what you said (the first repercussion of your actions). Then you blew your cool and got booted out, deservedly so. Now you come here and whine like a baby over it, expecting to get some sympathy.
Do you honestly think you're the only one on the planet who deserves to act like a complete a-hole? Btw, when you act like one, you also get treated like one.
