Hey, not a bad idea for the parliament to legislate something like that, isn't it?

Good choice for a source!! The Daily Mail is definitely not a fascist paper. 😀

Holy crap-a-moly! That's young. I feel bad for that baby...but hopefully they're going to lie to it and tell it that its mother is its sister, and the grandmother is the mother. Hopefully the story will be out of the papers before the baby (and the mother and father?!?) learn(s) to read.

There's always someone embarrassing us brits, if it's not the royals it's the pop stars, now it's the youth's turn. Besides there's no youth centers in that part of the town. Yes that is my home town.
The council wanted to shake the reputation of being the place the old go to die...umm I think we've got a new rep now.

they were simply doing what comes natural to them. There was a point in human history that people began matng at or around that age. When the life expectancy is 25 or so, you don't wait until you're 18 to have kids😕 Of course we live in a much different world, but biologically or bodies don't know that. What happened with those kids is a breakdown in parental and societal socialization. Their failure is shared by their community. Once people get off their high horses and realize this, maybe something constructive will be done about it in the future.

Well you tell me. I haven't been out of the Uk for a decade now. From the Unicef report said our childern are the most unhappy and the report that followed to see why mentioned the youths and their wondering days here, no where to go.

I have never seen beating, raping or stabbing youths. Maybe youths in the Netherlands are different of those in England

They were just bored and their parents didn't care, lets be honest here.
