not in tribal Africa, or Islands like Borneo. age requirments for sexual consent and marriage vary due to culture.

age of consent in peru is 13, i think that you can also get married at 13 but i wouldn't be certain of that statement.

plus prostitution is legal so in theory and i'm sure practised, although i didn't see it nor was i looking for it. you could have a 13 year old prositute.

let's be clear, I am not advocating sex with minors. just that different cultures view it differently, and that biologically the kids in the OP were doing what their bodies told them they should be doing.

Well Nadya Suleman she calls herself half-Arabic, half-Lithuanian. Her father works for the Iraqi military, and is returning to work there as a translator to support her 😲

If you're gonna do a country out of state benefits then go and do a foreign one - like half the people in Britain! 🙂

Depends how much older. I think some would go for a guy in his 20's or even 30's if he had money or was just fun to be around.

I don't think it would be a stable relationship certainly.
