ERROR V2 RHP Secure authentication query failed

What causes this to appear instead of the site web page ? Is my PC banjoed, or do other people get this too ?

I am getting that message also, and when I get on here, been kicked back out several times....I Know some may like that !!!😀

I got a V1 error earlier... and it said I should report it. I just didn't know who I should tell. This was around 4:45PM Eastern.

I have been getting it all day...sometimes the site opens up...but more than not I get that message.

After waiting about 10 minutes everything is fine...then it does it again.

I got the error message and instructions to "report the error". HOW? and to WHOM? I do wish these directions were written with me in mind (computer near-illiterate).
