ERROR V2 RHP Secure authentication query failed

I have made some further tweaks in an effort to resolve this. I will spin off a new thread in the help forum shortly, because if this problem is still occuring, it is very useful to know about it.

(And apologies to all who have had so many problems over the weekend.)

just got this 11:19 am est using firefox. this cleared up in a few minutes. sometimes server own for hours though.

Error. Failed to get site settings. Attempted many times from 16.15
Connected ok 16.27
It's a daily thing....

Yes, it happened to me several times...but not the other sites...none other sites. Seems to last several minutes...maybe forgetting to logout...and then coming back in...it did it again.

It seems to be happening with regularity...just happened at 10:45 AM CST, then flip to normal.

First time for me about 5 minutes ago...took about 10 mins to get back in.

V2 16.56 to current time.
It's becoming an obstacle course simply trying to make a move.

It's happened again... whilst I'm typing this message. Whenever this post gets through, it's ok again.
Awful.

Got the V2 error starting from 6:42 pm (GMT+2). Repeatedly for about forty minutes or so.
