Look.. if your "civilization test-subjects" do not behave in the appropriate manner then you increase their supply of wees putting them closer to death. They will turn to Jesus then....
EDIT: If a subject or area wont drink the wees, then you just make out like it's their wees to everyone(laugh a lot) and they will drink the wees before living the embarrassment of everyone thinking they are drinking his/her wees.
