No, but I remember slipping on the ice while messing around waiting for the bus to school. Now if there's a bit of snow or ice they close the schools.
Yes, here all that has to happen is it be forecasted and they shut the schools down, many times for nothing in my opinion. The kids and Adults for that matter aren't as tough as we were. 😉

I once tore a bicept tendon shoveling snow, Surgeon told me I would have been better off falling than trying to maintain my balance and break a leg than rip a tendon, I did accomplish the staying on my feet though and not fall on the ice. 😉

In other football news; Man City have signed Chelsea’s ex head coach Enzo Maresca who was fired after getting a bit lippy after a run of bad results.

I think I’ve figured out what Chelsea’s problem is; a problem going way back to the days when they had Mo Salah and Kevin De Bruyne on their books … but sold them.

Chelsea are the new Spurs when it comes to awful management.

Indeed; hence my posting about them.
Sorry if “incoming” was imprecise ~ I shall edit the post to avoid confusion, disappointment and vexation of the spirit.

Believe it or not, some of us are not as familar with the game as yourself.

In others words been a long time since England won one. I would assume it will be even longer before Canada wins one.

Brazil suffering from the malaise England often seem to have … this “let’s piss about with it at the back” syndrome.

And what a goal by Japan who have been excellent on their press.

Would you be comparing 5 cup winner Brazil with 1 cup winner England?

Netherlands Vs. Morocco later tonight, unfortunately Canada will get one of them. I think Canada are at the end of their run. Have they proven they can play with the big boys yet?
