64. The "fake" paramedics said, in unison, " Here we go once more, it's like deja vu all over again". They quickly administered the sedatives and had Donna and Don out like lights. Signor Ronaldo turned to "the nurse" and said , "get his Holiness on the line we need to know what is to be done with these two".

65. Unfortunately, the nurse dialed the wrong number and got Big Al's pizzeria. When she asked for "his Holiness", Big Al thought she meant The Fonz. Fonzie wasn't there but Ralph Malph and Potsie took the phone call thinking it was one of Fonzie's cute Roller Girls looking for some action.

66. "The nurse" apologized for the error and said that if ever they were in need of an American Pizza they'd be sure to give them a call and to please hello to "the Fonz". She hung up and erased that number from the phone and dialed again, double checking to make sure that it was correct. This time it was the Vatican that answered but she was told that his Holiness was "inconvenienced" at the moment and could she take a message? The nurse recognized the voice on the other end and said, "Sister Sister" it is I, Latitcia Bigasso, you remember I was a novice there a year ago and you said that it would be a cold day in hell before I ever made anything of myself. Well surprise I did. Oooops gotta go there is an emergency here that needs my immediate attention".

67. But, Sister was not entirely wrong, for the "Fake Nurse" still had the habit of talking too much, and this was one of those times. Sister BigAsso immediately dialed the Bavarian Burger King to inform him of the intrigue that was underway to overtake the European Chocoloate Empire. It was time to shake things up, thought the Burger King, and summoned his milky white assistant, Ms Tickle, for a special assignment.

68. The ambulance continued to make its way back toward Palermo. By now many others had heard news of the events that had taken place at The Commission House in Corleone. From Bavaria to Brazil, and even more encompassing from the Adirondacks to Zurich important people were beginning to take notice. In board rooms and meeting places all over the world there were many who were beginning to make moves to protect their interest in the unprecedented bid to control global chocolate.

70. "Hello? Charlie? No, I haven't heard anything about that. What's my assignment? Got it. I'm on it." The White Knight of His Royal Majesty's Court pocketed the note that said "Cover the Central Chocolate Square Immediately. Allow NO passage, threaten any who dare approach, and Protect His Excellency at all costs, even with your life!" The dutiful knight assumed his central post and glared at all would be encroachers.

71. Sometime ago, by means of a lottery of sorts, Charlie had become the proprietor and administrator of arguably the worlds most famous Chocolate Factory and he aimed to protect it. That is why his first call was to The White Knight of His Royal Majesty's Court with the coded message that would initiate the immediate physical, economic, psychological, and political defense of the Chocolate Factory. The paranoid and reclusive previous owner/administrator had anticipated the monopolization of the chocolate industry and had trained Charlie and the illegal alien workforce for just such an event.

72. Doyle pondered the situation and realized that the Commission was fighting back on the Southeastern European front while the Central European Bavarian factories were locked in a deadly struggle, allowing his plan for taking over the American market to proceed without resistance. He ordered the purchase and placement of advanced white chocolate factories on the Atlantic Coast States and in Mid-America. His attack would be unstoppable!

73. Charlie was going to have a problem with this upstart Doyle and his American antics. He called his executive assistant, Wynona Letour, into his office. He told her to get the "ball rolling" and start buying up all the dairy farms in Wisconsin. He said, "not only are we going to take over the world market in chocolate but cheese too after all we do control the Swiss markets in both chocolate and cheese already". Wynona left his office and called her dear friend Al Kluederhoft in Oshkosh with the instruction to start buying, cost was a minor issue. When Doyle hears of this the "s&#t will hit the fan" she thought to herself, a smile brightening her face.

74. Deals were being made and the struggle for power was full on. All around the world the phones kept ringing. Doyle had indeed entered the Dragon's Den and stirred the sleeping dragon of the global chocolate industry but he seemed to have the gambit well thought out.

75. Nevertheless, the phones kept ringing, the Dragon was awaking, and the Dragon variant of the Sicilian's was one of the more complex.
