71. Sometime ago, by means of a lottery of sorts, Charlie had become the proprietor and administrator of arguably the worlds most famous Chocolate Factory and he aimed to protect it. That is why his first call was to The White Knight of His Royal Majesty's Court with the coded message that would initiate the immediate physical, economic, psychological, and political defense of the Chocolate Factory. The paranoid and reclusive previous owner/administrator had anticipated the monopolization of the chocolate industry and had trained Charlie and the illegal alien workforce for just such an event.
72. Doyle pondered the situation and realized that the Commission was fighting back on the Southeastern European front while the Central European Bavarian factories were locked in a deadly struggle, allowing his plan for taking over the American market to proceed without resistance. He ordered the purchase and placement of advanced white chocolate factories on the Atlantic Coast States and in Mid-America. His attack would be unstoppable!
