93. Doyle knew what was happening just as he'd sensed things in the past as he slipped the sodium pentothal into "her" pitcher of Sangria. The truth will out he thought...the truth will out.

95. Natasha's heart was pounding. This was the biggest moment of her life, to be promoted to the highest officer rank! She would sacrifice herself for the cause! "Yes, Ma'am, I am. I'm ready to serve."

97. Little did they know, however, the depths of Doyle's imagination and cruelty. He sent a text message to Ben: Hey, Ben, how about buying a box of 87% Lindt dark chocolates and taking them over to see Sheila and enjoy a nice little afternoon? Feel free to take the time. You deserve it.

98. Sheila wasn't anticipating the interruption in her concentration, just as the exchange with Doyle was about to begin. Ben, and a box of dark chocolates! Other things could wait, afterall.

99. Doyle, and as it turned out Ben too, for the life of him couldn't figure out why it was Sheila (women) had this, sometimes fatal, attraction to chocolate in the first place. Was it sexual? Was it emotional ( I know these can be intertwined, or so I'm reminded)? Or was it just that they (women) have "sweet teeth"?

100. Whatever the rationale, the reality is that a smiling, handsome, debonair, dandy, holding a box of dark chocolates on a warm afternoon is always a welcome sight. Sheila could only sigh and welcome Ben to "join" her for a little afternoon delight.

101. Doyle's forces were ready to strike. The Bishops were hearing confessions, the knights were defending her majesty's honor, the rook walls were impenetrable, and every serf was in the field with pitchforks.
