Knowing how you view Eugene tells me a lot about you.

There is no shame in seeking professional help.

There are some issues people can't just work through.

Depends. If you call in a professional computer repairman and all he does is reboot the computer and its fine after than then you are a damn fool and should be ashamed that you had to seek professional help for that.

Psychiatrists are overpaid computer rebooters.

Yes
and that tells me you are cemented in your views.

...we could go on like this for a long time I'm sure!

Have a lovely weekend Rajk999

I believe you associating one thing with the other is preposterous. Why on earth would I call a professional repairman to re-boot my computer I am perfectly capable of doing so myself.

Psychiatrists are not computer techs. They are medical doctors who diagnoses and treats mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, a specialist in psychiatry.

You are also cemented in your views as well. So what is the problem with that?

Anytime psychiatrists and psychoanalysts and psychologists and mental help professionals flourish and are rich, then that society is sick. Most of the problems many people have in these societies are self-inflicted.

Nobody can accuse you of being too smart.

LOL....That is where you are wrong, I've been called a smart a$$ many times.

Enjoy life a little and laugh, being serious all the time is not good for you.

All crime is caused by incorrect breathing.

A stiff upper lip and a brisk healthy walk is all that is needed to treat diabetes. Any other treatments are just physicians lining their pocket at your expense. You can find all the experts you need on a good chess site.

Can anybody point me at one please? 🤣🤣🤣

Incorrect breathing is closely correlated to a lack of police presence.

It's easy to assume a causal relationship. World wars are strongly correlated with the reduced issuing of driving licences. I spend hours outside parliament encouraging the mass issuing of driving licences as an obvious preventative measure, but nobody listens. They'll be sorry when the next one begins. 😁🤷‍♂️

I would strongly urge you to apply for a second licence under an assumed name whilst breathing in a measured and reasonable manner.

People who issue driving licences are secret warmongers. If they have too much time on their hands very bad things happen.

Professional help is often overrated. The best cure for depression is work.
Whenever I hear someone saying that, I know you haven't had a single actual problem in your life. You're the kind of person to tell a cancer patient to just walk it off, because the worst injury you've ever had yourself is a stubbed toe.

There are several natural supplements that can help. I already mention Rhodiola, but you can also try St. John's Wort and ashawanga.
Please do not, ever, recommend (or take) st. John's wort for real psychogical problems. It causes, not cures, psychosis.

It's like telling a homeless guy to just get a job.
