Hi there. Anyone around here knows the best way to get to Aberdeen from Helsinki?

The direct flights are quoted by thieves, so I was thinking someone here may know a place closer to Aberdeen to where I can fly and move from there. What's close to Aberdeen?

Edinburgh. You would have to get the bus or train, so you would have to weigh up the price diference.

or Glasgow. It's served by the cheapo airlines and it isn't that much of a difference in distance.

1. how many hours do you estimate I'll do by train from Edinburgh to Aberdeen

2. aprox. how much do you think it would cost?

3. do you live around?

4. can you buy me a couple of pints?

5. can I borrow your car?

train to aberdeen from edinburgh or glasgow takes closer to 3 hours, and will cost you something atrocious. about 30 pieces of gold, return.
