suppose better do something... been sitting round on me big butt eating nothing but doughnuts and biscuits for the last few years... the sofa and me have kinda become one... the only exercise i usually do is hitting the on button on the laptop...

wish me luck with my new fitness regime.... if you dont hear from me again.... it's because i've died

It is easy to fall in apathy. But it is the worst thing. Nothing like 30 minutes running in the morning, by the sea, or forest, or something other nice, BEFORE breakfest. You feel better, and your mind feels better too !

Good idea of yours ! I wish you luck 😛

Not sure where I read it... but there was a FAT guy who got fed-up with life and decided he would run until he had a heart attack and die.

He passed out, woke up and crawled home or something.

He gave it another shot the next day, with similar results.

He kept trying, ran a bit further each day with the same results.

All that trying to kill himself, eventually he lost several pounds and wasn't feeling so bad anymore. He kept running.... became very fit and very happy.

Until he was hit by a buss.

For extra motivation, go to the zoo, and run around with the lions, tigers and bears.

Kinda like my once-a-year situp....I sit up from the couch to grab my cheetos.
