verry dissapointing, just rejected in an interview...the worst part is that my impresion was that I did well...
happened to anyone else?
Don't worry too much. You probably DID well, only the guy before you probably did even better.
Good luck with the next one! (I'm still looking for my first)
Yes, I have had it before. The best thing you can take away from it is to ask for some feedback on how you did and use it to better your technique for next time.
Sometimes you can put up a good interview but there is another skank who has applied and is just that bit more qualified for the job so will get accepted without question.

On the other hand, look at it this way. The interview process is not just to see if you have the necessary skills to do the job, but also to assess how you'll fit into the direct team and overall culture of the corporation. Chance are that if you got an interview they decided that you have the skills, but forever reason they decided that you would not fit into the team.
AND THAT IS A GOOD THING.
Imagine working somewhere where you didn't fit in, or for a boss who didn't like you. I have turned down jobs because I got a dodgy feeling about the people interviewing me.
Remember, when someone chooses against you at interview its mostly done on instinct. You are who you are, and they are who they are and if they don't feel like you match, then be glad they didn't hire you.
You will find a much better job and be much happier there.
