i got an ipod and i was wondering if its possible to download songs i have already downloaded on limewire, instead of buying them at itunes.

Nah i dont think so but you can put cd's into the disc compartment & transfer the songs off there onto your ipod.

limewire is legal and free, the catch is it has viruses. what is illegal about using your own songs on an ipod?

a cd burner is always nice, but if you can't afford it right now, i upload songs from limewire onto my ipod as well as directly from cds - both work well 😀

It should be easy, and I'll find out if it is in a few hours. Anyhow, dl, then convert to the iTunes format, place on your iPod.
