Right then folks, everyone will have recieved their spam by now so we really need to decide on a date.
I think most people up to now prefer the 2nd June, so that is the provisional date for the meet.
If you can't make it and would like to suggest an alternative date please do so in this thread.
It will have to be a Saturday to make everyones travel arrangements a little easier, we met last time at about 2pm and I think we should keep that the same.
I will also ask anyone who is local to Dublin to bring a board/clock if they have one. The quill pub does have a board or two behind the bar but the more the better.

First time back on RHP in about a month. all my games dead.
The lesson is : Never enter a Kings Gambit Tournament, EVER!
Anyway, to confirm, count me in, 1 board and 1 clock here. Also, since i won the trophy last year, unless you have one allready, I will pay for this years prizes.
Oh and I want more of those pictures like last year - i loved that last thread! i cracked up at some of those captions!
i was also thinking of a side tournament on the day - 5 minute games (seperate prize rewr!), and of course the usual double chess late in the day (those of you that attended last years will know what i mean)
provided its a weekend and enough warning, no issues.
