Explain how Faith Hill, two Dixie Chicks albums, and the Titanic soundtrack (!? - didn't know one existed) are ahead of OK Computer?
But I've never heard of this 'OK Computer' thing.

OK Computer is a Radiohead album, I've never heard of Local H.
They have some radio stuff you must have heard of... Bound for the floor seems their most mainstream song. Their last big hit might have been "All the Kids are Right". Recently they did a cover of Toxic.
If you hear them you think it's a big band rocking your socks... I went to see them in concert about 10 years ago and was surprised to find it's just 2 guys. One guitarist, one drummer.
Scott on guitar couldn't find a good bassist for what he wanted to get done with the band, and added a base pickup for his guitar. They are rather talented if you listen and consider it's just one guy doing vocal and guitar with a drummer.
They have a lot of raw stuff at Youtube. If you can't appreciate live music you'll tell me they suck.. the recordings are not the best in the world for the most part.
Check out Toxic / Hey Rita / and any other songs you find at youtube.
I'd be listening now, but I'm dialed.

As an afterthought, Radiohead reminds me of "The Cure".
I was driving one day and they said coming up now the newest song by the cure...
I was driving, and belted out a whiny vocal saying "Oh, I wonder what this song will sound like?!" going from high to low voice... and lowering my head so the hair fell in my eyes.
The song came on, and sounded pretty much the same as what I'd just done. Some bands have trouble keeping it fresh.
