Now let's say these incidents become more routine, or involve people I know getting kicked out. That would make for a more tense atmosphere, especially if no explanation is offered.

He was banned for making insane threats against the Site Admins because he got a ONE DAY forum ban.

He was banned for making insane threats against the Site Admins because he got a ONE DAY forum ban.
Arrakis posted it again and that's when he got the one day ban.
He sent Russ some love notes, and Russ removed him from the service.

Having no knowledge of any of the back story to this I don't understand how one side can be made out to be perfectly innocent and the other side to be full of bigotry and disdain for the RHP site with personal insults to the owner of the site.
This gives two very different opinions of Arrakis. One of these two perspectives is false. I don't know which one.

This was one beaut of a quote he sent Russ...( and forwarded on to a number of other RHPites.)

Turns out he simply didn't know his ass from his elbow with regards computer stuff, and it took me about 5 attempts to simplify the explanation so that he could understand it. As I recall, it took about 6 months for him to post his retraction.
I enjoyed Arrakis, but his inability to admit when he was wrong was his downfall.
