Jesus Christ, I just went out for coffee with some co-workers and guess what the conversation turned to? KFC! And how bad it is, but how good it tastes (for the first few bites, anyway). The scary part is, I hadn`t even read this thread yet. 😲
I used to joke that McDonald`s put lead shot in their Big Macs and then turned on a huge magnet so you could never escape...KFC must have perfected a slow-release mind control drug, because I haven`t eaten it in two years but I`m seriously thinking about drowning in a 12-piece bucket tonight. 😞

But you`re right, the buckets tend to get steamy and the tasty batter coating falls off. The Big Crunch Sandwich used to be the bane of my existence, `cause it convinced me that mayonnaise on fried chicken with bread was good. I think I`m just going to make my own fried chicken at home though (or possibly baked crispy with panko crumbs), at least then I know what I`m eating.
