If it is anything like this one, I can see why he batted you around some.
Did you call him names too? I believe you could be leaving out parts of what actually happened.
I rarely go back pages and don't plan on doing so or giving you an apology as you are too ignorant over the matter.
Lets see how you fair out against him in court, who is actually going to be paying for your lawyers by the way?
Perhaps you have some telling the whole story issues?
It may boil down to who can afford the better lawyers, right and wrong isn't always the law! 🙂

Hopefully there were some camera's around that picked up what was going on. If not the guy with the better lawyers who I believe will be the other guy will win when it gets to court.
