Princess, I really doubt you would have said that to him if he was a woman.

I'm in that game, too (Novgorod). Venice is in the sights of Claes, playing Sicily, which is not a great situation to be in. Sharp player, and Claes seems to bringing lots of friends. Their scrap has generated a lot of emails.

We're in turn four.
Seems like the Law of Karmic Retribution applies in AgeofGames Land, too. ATY, our Hungarian friend here, is about to get finished off as England in a Napoleonic Empires games and my fickle, rather cowardly ex-ally from Aragon, Bosse, seems like he's getting wiped out as Arles in another MD Veterans game.

Well I'm not doing to badly in the other veterans game, and neithers ATY.

I think the idea is that I betrayed him and so I am being punished. You have not, so you don't count.

I just report the Laws of Karmic Retribution; I didn't write them. The balance of the Universe would indicate that Freddie should do well in that game, but sometimes human stupidity creates temporary distortions in the Yin and Yang of existence.

I had a dream that France and Spain took all of their troops out of England in the NE game. Oh well.

Only the Mad King of Arles' dream about Shav's prophecy (the red "X" over Arles) has come true. He should have mentioned though that it would be the only place (almost) that my nice, blood red would show up on the map. The prophecy proved somewhat Delphic.

I see no sniveling, Princess Dimwit; just a disspassionate reporting of the facts. Sniveling is your weekly complaints about how the GM is doing a terrible job because you can't seem to get your orders processed in the way you say you want, though everybody else is getting along just fine. Looks like you're down to only two annexed provinces, BTW.
Well, it's ok... the GM must be a gutless wonder himself, since he hasn't answered any of my emails asking him just what in god's name is going on... if I didn't know any better, I'd say someone was feeding him false information. This is unlikely, however, since the email address he is sending my game emails to seems to be a real address of some kid. It's so far unknown whether this kid ever played any AGE games, but that seems to be a logical conclusion... otherwise the GM probably wouldn't have his email address.

Sorry, try again. Even you must realize that one doesn't necessarily follow the other. My experience with the GMs is that they are brain-dead morons. Anyone else's experience has absolutely no bearing on that at all.

Looks like you're down to only two annexed provinces, BTW.

Oh really? Gee, I hadn't noticed. Go peddle your Captain Obvious routine somewhere else. The only reason for you to bring this up is a pathetic attempt to rub my face in it. But you're too late... I've already made my peace with this game. Too bad you've been stewing in your juices this entire game and couldn't wait to re-take Crete. I really hope it finally makes you all warm and fuzzy.

Seeing as how no-one has anything to say, the popcorn gallery will now present a re-enactment of the battle of Agincourt through interpretative dance.

OK; how about this. Who will be the next to die? Roum? Venice? Or someone else?

Which bot will die first? Byzantium? France? Hafsids?

I assume England which still has a couple of units on their 2 Carracks. Wouldn't be surprised if Poland makes a suicidal attack into Saluzzo to weaken Italy's forces and gets wiped out; he's done whatever would help Bavaria so far. Alternatively, it wouldn't shock me if Bavaria and Hungary attack the Poles in gratitude for Poland tilting the balance in their favor in Northern Italy. I'll be surprised if any of the Bots get taken out; it doesn't seem worth it.

Will someone ever take the last two independent provinces in Birka and Gotland?

Yeah, those two will get taken at some point. I wonder who though? The Horde doesn't have a naval presence up there; otherwise I'd think he'd eat 'em. Novgorod or the Teutons might eat them. Saxony and Norway are busy with Denmark, so they probably won't. I'm guessing Novgorod's going to get them. They seem to be the only ones with ships in the area and they don't have anyone to fight (unless the Horde or the Teutons decide to eat them or something).

Maybe King Freddie will sail over there with his last few units and take Gotland and re-establish his empire. He can grant asylum to all the deposed rulers of the world. It'll be King Freddie, Catfoodtim, and Schakuhr all sitting around in their old age, playing Risk, and waxing nostalgic about the good old days.
