When you are counting Commanders, are you factoring in their influence on all troops in the province they are in? Or are you not factoring in the Commander influence?
I factor them into ALL of their own realm's troops as I can't tell what units they are in. If there are two Commanders, I use the highest possible rating for each type of unit. This may slightly overstate Commander value, but it's the best that can be done with the information available.

Ok, just making sure that I maintain consistancy. Thanks.

I'm sure I changed my bet to 7-8. But that doesn't matter. Gold coming your way.

So let me get this straight: the Poles are still wandering around northern Italy, but now they may not have an alliance with anyone?

That's the present story; Bavaria seized his two provinces with weak forces apparently believing he won't bother to take them back.

That is correct. He broke alliance with me, so rather than wait until he was ready, I struck first. Friuli had one troops in it and he could not take it back immediately, so it was an easy choice. I sent a single unit into Lombardy on the chance that his last plan of which I was aware was to move on Rome....which it seemed to be. There is nothing saying he cannot try to take Lombardy back, however, but I took it from him for now. I think I could have handled the loss of a single Light Cav unit if he had not moved.

At least you are a mastermind compared to the Poles.

This is BS. Poland could have taken Venice with the weak forces you left there i.e. only 10 Elite Marines before your building last turn. Come up with a better story; why would you preemptively declare war IF you figured he was just going to Rome anyway?

Well gee...I dunno, maybe because he broke alliance and took passage rights away from me and in doing so, completely cut off my ability to reinforce Saulzzo.
Are you really that dense?

Cut the crap; you left a force in Istria while leaving Venice inadequately defended if he attacked with his 850 CS unit. You're either a total maroon or you're full of it.

no1, I am neither required nor inspired to give you any sort of explanation as to my actions. You are more than welcome to think what you wish. Besides, no matter what I said, you would twist it to your end and think what you wanted anyway.

Tell us where we've twisted anything so far, please.

You sit on back ranks in battle, offer no support for anyone that helps you... got 'lucky' that Poland decided to do YOUR work.

Where are the lies?
