So it's just about putting it out to the public? If that's the case, the internet is a BIG place. It would be foolish to limit yourself to these swine.

I'd love to ride the bus naked
I'd love to crack a beer at the movies
I'd love to smoke a cigarette on the plane
I'd love to do a lot of things... but I can't always do them where I am.

So I go where I can... or wait.

Just to make sure everyone's on the same wave length here:

My initial post isn't about moderation. It's about creativity.

And that is the problem.
Most thing are best when they're not in the right place at the right time.
Aha, I think I'm beginning to understand this thread.

Misconception...

Is that when your mother illconceived you with the help of someone other than your "real" father?

Shouldn't you be reading "Book Shelf Guide" in the comfort of your living room? You might miss something interesting!

I suspect that in reality you like the general forum precisely because of the rules, moderation, censorship, and the TOS concept.

Not having any rules to break would make it just like having that private clan forum. No buttons to push. No tails to twist. Boring........

You might as well. The movie experience is already ruined. There's loud children screaming, fighting, and running around, fools texting/talking on their cell phones, and 'movie critics' discussing plot elements out loud. Nobody will care if you smuggle a cold beer or two in.

So, you are actually trying to RUIN these forums... and when that's done you'd move onto another forum with the same rules and ruin that forum.

IMMEDIATELY STOP!
