I got one response from admin a week ago saying they lost my email address but they couldn't give me a solution as to why.

Okay the pm I sent rhp.
After the site connectivity issue I could not log on (about 2 weeks now)I tryed to retreive my password by sending my email address and got the error this email address is not in our system please register.I sent feedback and got several different responses as to it being at my end,I tryed everything to no avail.Finaly got an email saying for some reason we can not find your email,we will send the issue to the email department to see if we can't remedy the problem.Now the only emails I get from Russ are pleas send feedback as to your problem.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
I didn't know you were not allowed to have two accounts (but have resisted the temptation to create a second one- a bit careless in the beginning).
There is a particular person who tries to strike a conversation with female players in blitz who is using different accounts.
This is mainly silly- I mean if you are looking for girls I am sure there are chatrooms whre you can have more success.
I find him quite funny because he makes up different stories (once he was a 16 year old girl from Berlin, then he is the son of the british consul in Istanbul and poses silly questions about relationships- all that in blitz mind you!!). And has at all times an email engineer1969 (or something- now I feel sorry I didn't note it down)
But I am a bit worried, just in case he manages to form a connection with someone young and naive, internet being as it is
Did anyone have any similar experience?

I now have 2 accounts with RHP,I challenge the administration to ban me,maybe then they will fix my original account so that I can get back to my games,until then I will be using my other account.
