(R - LA) He was elected in 2020 in a run-off election on Dec. 5 but died of COVID-19 before taking office. There will now be a special election to name a successor. LA's 5th district is mostly Republican. He was only 41, and leaves behind a wife and 2 young children.

I'm pretty sure Ginger is 86 and still alive. The Thurstons, the scientist, captain, Gilligan, - everyone else is gone.
