I am sorry to say but this is a very urgent case. In other situations
I would recommend masturbation as the only answer, or a weekend
with nurse Stocken. However, when Monty Python comes into play, it
is hard to rely on easy solutions, i.e. recreational drugs.
In your case, this is what you should do, as SOON as possible:
1. Acquire the complete collection of Mr. Bean.
2. Get your fridge full of junk food (and lots of ice cream)
3. Turn off your mobile phone.
4. Let everybody know you will be 1 month overseas.

The local apothecary refused to give me Bean because it has been proven to inspire idiotical movement-spasms with patients. He gave me Blackadder instead, two episodes a day, series I to III (IV in case I am resistant to I). I can inform you I'm fully cured from my 16 ton-weight fobia, but developed a tendency for sarcasm combined with a renewing of my uncontrolable eye-poking (which I thought I had defeated some years ago).
However, my human contact has improved... I dare to venture forth and walk the streets without fear. Silly situations are quickly dissolved by a witty and hurtful remark, using utmost beautiful English. Though I get banned from many public places, I am a happy man now.
