Also in regards to this thread, if you had gone along with the joke from the start (rather than seeing personal attack where there clearly wasn't any) you would have garnered a lot of respect. Don't exercise it is up to you. I just suggested exercise and eating properly will probably add some years on to ones life. What is wrong with that?
