Karlsruhe; I was there a few weeks ago.
Wish I had known you lived in that vicinity as I would have offered to buy you a coffee or some other refreshment.

I am taking a working holiday to write in Germany (a couple of days in Frankfurt and 13 in Weimar) in March...

We could meet in Frankfurt I can bring a Chess board. As far as my recherche was going the last Chess cafe there closed in 2001.
So to organise a Meeting for several People one had to organise the boartds (and Clocks).

Clocks? If you manage to get Trev to attend a clock will be of little value as he seems to have no sense of time. Check out my, "current", game with him. 😉
