I'm leaning towards Berry and Grape based recipes, but keen to learn some more.

Blackberrys x lots
1 Banana
Glug milk
Was Deep Purple, and delicious!

Hmm, so I need to drink the milk and count the glugs, so that I know that I have the right amount of milk in my stomach? And then add the other ingredients?
All takes place in a blender, then transfered to stomach.
