Post your smoothy recipes in this thread:

"Brown Cloudy"

2 Pears
2 Bananas
Small Splash OJ
Large Splash Chocolate Milk

"Fruity Loops"

Handful Raspberries
Handful Grapes
1 Pear
1 Apple
1 Nectarine
3 Dollops Natural Yoghurt (milk will do if no yoghurt)
Splash OJ

I'm leaning towards Berry and Grape based recipes, but keen to learn some more.

You can make a smoothie out of practically any food, just can't guarantee its gonna taste good.

Sounds nice - will have to hunt down those ingredients and teach myself.

Todays invention - simple:

Blackberrys x lots
1 Banana
Glug milk

Was Deep Purple, and delicious!

Bornberry

3 shots of rum
2 shots of strawberry liqueur
1 shot of melon liqueur

Pour into blender, add 5 or 6 ice-cubes and 5 or 6 strawberries (depending on size) and blend.

Pour into long-drink glass and top up with vodka.

I think you count the "glug, glug" noises.

Hmm, so I need to drink the milk and count the glugs, so that I know that I have the right amount of milk in my stomach? And then add the other ingredients?

Add frozen yoghurt and apple juice instead of milk, and you're on a winner.

You didn't see me, right!?

Glug = unit of milk (rather like a dollop is a unit of clotted cream).

All takes place in a blender, then transfered to stomach.
