The USA beat 9 below average teams out of their last 10 wins and some fans seem to be getting ahead of themselves.
Personally I think they are still quite far from being a real world class team as they consistently fail to perform on a elite stage and should get trounced in the Copa America (if the South American teams field in their full strength squads).

Yup, but I disagree with Esoteric in that USA and Mexico
have high hopes because they win
against 3rd class teams... au contraire, both of them have
demonstrated their quality playing against the [b]big ones.
If qualifying and region tourneys are easy for them, that's a different
stuff... concacaf is like that.

Great win by Mexico.
USA took it's first loss of the year to Argentina. As Moneyman pointed out we didn't play our best players. Bradley has his eye on 2010 and I trust him to do more to get that job done than any other previous US coach. Still, it would have been nice to see what our top guys could do against what might be the best team in the world.
It was great to see Mexico beat Brazil. Particularly after we beat them twice this year.
Argentina looked very good. I've always loved that team too.
I'm on vacation. We have Paraguay tonight. It would be nice to get another win.
