I'm fairly new to RHP, and don't have any axe's to grind. As Rooms2004 intimated, there will always be some who bend the rules and others who plainly cheat ... same in most sports/games.
For the Moderators its really fairly easy. Forget Hi-tech surveillance and 'spyware' .. this is a chess site, after all!! ..... just selectively dip-check players, eg, those in the top 250, say, or those winning tournaments, and run a sample of their games through appropriate software (RHP must have such)... bit like checking winning athletes for drugs!
If nothing else it'll making potential 'cheaters' think twice .....
The bit that's missing, though, is RHP ought to be more forthcoming about the reasons for banning ....
I think we should accept that the vast majority of members just want to play and enjoy chess .... if we lose sight of that we may just as well pack in .....

My sentiments exactly. A bit of PR would go a long way.
How much more forthcoming do they need to be?

The Red Hot Pawn game moderation team have found overwhelming evidence, and concluded beyond reasonable doubt that the following players have violated the Terms of Service, Section 3(b), and in doing so, have had their accounts terminated.

The reason why our lives they are so rough
Because the system is unjust
And the reason why the system is unjust
Because it’s not made for us

You're so full of shite that your nickname is 'toilet boy'.
Oh. I'm breaking the TOS there. So, does than mean I should get banned as well?
I'm sure that if everyone who broke the holiest of holy (the TOS) there would be very few people still writing in the forums. Yourself included.
I stand by opinions on this matter. If you love the TOS t ...[text shortened]... u are nothing but a TOSSER.
And no, I really don't give a damn, I just love irritating you.
