They do put a prosthetic in, as a matter of fact.

No they don't! That's only upon request. It is matter of course to let the genetalia recover from the operation and then decide the future prosthetics if and when needed, if the spouse can't accept the change. So please stop any unnecessary worries please. What I FIRST DICTATED WAS AND IS TRUE!

You don't know what you are talking about. I know a person who had cancer in one testicle and they removed it then gave him an artificial one to "balance him out".

Absolute shate! Balance what precisely? I never heard such rubbish. So when a kidney is removed they put a prosthetic one in to balance the body do they?........ ass wiping trash words of non wisdom

Believe me, there is more worry in possible deformaty, and for many young guys that is more important than you might expect.
