So lets just say I'm in touch with myself to know what is right and what is wrong, this morning I found a build up or a little lump on my left testacle that deffinetly does not belong there. It is about half the size of a dime and I am worried that I havemt noticed it until now...because it seemingly appeared over night, should I give it a couple of days before going to the doctor or go right away...my wife is all over me to get off the computer and go right now...what do you all think

If you're stupid enough to risk "leaving it for a few days" so you can faff about on the computer then you deserve to have your balls cut off to eliminate your stupidiity from and safe guard the gene pool for future generations.
