I read somewhere recently that the kid who founded facebook just turned down an offer of $1 Billion from Yahoo.

Im on facebook as well, and I agree that I do somewhat like it better than myspace. I find it to be alot more secure, and you dont have the sex ads on every page you visit. Unfortunatly, I will keep my myspace because not all of my myspace friends are on facebook.
