Actually, by keeping the thread alive, we're doing you a favor. Good threads start out with an issue, with some decent give and take, devolve into name-calling and insults, and finally end up in drivel.
If it weren't for the drivel, this thread would be on page 3 by now.

Thanks to all for turning the thread into typical General Forum drivel.ðŸ˜

In an attempt to bring this thread back on topic, I am happy to share with you that I have PM'd David Tebb and asked him, in his role as a game moderator, given that I have evidence of engine use by someone that I am currently playing in several tourneys, how I should proceed. To the date of this post I have received no reply and some 24hrs have passed.
Also, given my preposity in dealing with prior, similar situations in my own way and style ( tejo, chewie and pizzathehut to wit ) I would have thought admin might have responded a little more quickly and with some resolve.
What say you all to this?

Michelle, I'll send you a PM later. There is a backlog of cases for the games mods to deal with, as every investigation is enormously time consuming and one can only do so much (I do have a full-time job to go to).
Of course, It would be much easier if there were more games mods. We need more volunteers.
So if anyone is willing to give up some of their free time (at least a couple of hours a week) in helping us out, then please send a PM to either myself or Phlabibit (or send feedback to the site admin) and we'll seriously consider you. Strong players who have access to one or two Chessbase engines are particularly welcome!
