I think it's absolutely hilarious how folks will whip out the TOS and accuse other members of the Site that they are in direct violation, like it means anything. The TOS is a completely superficial agreement which is simply a mechanism for the admins and the moderators to do as they please.
If you break the TOS, you will not necessarily be punished.
But if you are punished for something, you have inherently broken the TOS.
It's completely arbitrary.

On the cheating issue I don't say nothing anymore (I've already said a lot in the past) because it's totally useless as the admins made it clear in the last year that nothing serious will be done to contrast cheats,if you exclude those 3-4 children booted because they were cheating so balatantly that it couldn't go under silence.
The usual sayings "something is being done" /"we're thinking about doing this and that" come and go each time that someone brings out the cheating issue from "under the carpet" (good one Gatecrasher) to keep us calm in the hope that someone actually believes what they say.
The Vote was a farce,the actual "game mod team" is a farce (can you call two people -of which one is rated 1400-1500-a team ??),the thing everyone was forced to sign up was a farce -remember when you logged in and found that boxes to tick,one with a brain and one with a processor,where you had to state that you think about your moves with your brain? RIDICULOUS
No one knows nothing of nothing about the GMs operating and even Russ is carefully silent everytime the problem arises in forums.
It's not a good situation and the number of people saying "who cares?" is increasing everyday because it's clear that this debate is a dead-horse-beating and that nothing will be done in the matter of cheat prevention.
